- Our prices are per person per day in a double room, including half board with exquisite gourmet cuisine and products from our own farm.
- The local tax of €2.50 per person per day (from 14 years of age) will be charged separately – a contribution to the preservation of this unique cultural landscape.
- Guests who opt for bed and breakfast pay €16 less per day than with half board.
- For short stays, we charge a small surcharge:
– for 4 to 6 nights: approx. 4%
– for 1 to 3 nights: approx. 9% - For single occupancy of a double room, we charge a surcharge of +50%.
- For shorter stays, you can enjoy à la carte dining in the evening or choose a fine menu – entirely to your taste.
- Wi-Fi is available in the common areas for a fee – Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms.

Four-legged companions welcome upon request – dogs are welcome to travel with you after prior consultation.

We kindly ask you to bring your own dog blanket – out of consideration for furniture and wooden floors.
- Deposit Payment
A reservation is valid upon your written confirmation and becomes binding after a deposit of 30% of the stay. The deposit will be charged to your Visa or Mastercard. By making your reservation, you agree to the general terms and conditions and cancellation policy according to our current price list.

- In case of late arrival or early departure, the room rate for the booked period will be charged.
- For cancellations up to 31 days before the arrival date, no additional cancellation fees apply.
- For cancellations within 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, we charge 40% of the total booked amount.
- For cancellations within 14 to 8 days before the arrival date, we charge 60% of the total booked amount.
- For cancellations within 7 days before the arrival date, we charge 100% of the total booked amount.
In Italy, the deposit payment serves as mutual security for a contract. Should the guest be unable to commence their holiday, the hotelier retains the deposit. Should the hotelier be unable to provide the reserved room(s) upon arrival, the guest will be compensated double the amount in damages.
